Welcome!
I’m Grace Onuegbu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, professional speaker, life strategist, author, and minister. I’m also the founder of Arise Leadership and Wellness Solutions Group LLC ™ “Formerly known as SmileBiz LLC”, a leadership and wellness firm that helps high-performing millennial women align with the 4Ps of life, Peace, Prestige, Purpose, and Prosperity, through balance. We also partner with organizations to prevent burnout and help teams thrive.
I proudly wear many hats: mother, entrepreneur, mental health provider, and Kingdom builder. I know firsthand the juggle of motherhood, career, and calling and that’s why I live by the philosophy: "Motherhood is an extension, not a limitation."
I earned my Master’s degree from Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions, and today I serve clients full-time in private practice while also pursuing my passion for marketplace ministry and women’s empowerment.
Through my signature programs inside Woman Arise Academy®, I teach high-performing women how to align with the “4Ps of Life,” Peace, Prestige, Purpose, and Prosperity, through intentional balance and mindset renewal.
I also founded Woman Arise Tribe, a faith-based community for women growing in spiritual maturity and personal development, because I believe healing and transformation are best done in safe, supportive, and accountable spaces.
As the visionary behind Own Your Story: Meet & Greet™, I help aspiring authors unlock the power of their personal testimonies, so they can confidently share their stories, take the stage, and make impact from a place of wholeness.
Whether it’s through ministry, mentorship, or mental health advocacy, my life’s work is to help others heal emotionally, transform mentally, and step boldly into the life God destined for them.
I currently reside in Dallas, Texas, with my incredible teenage son and together, we’re building a legacy of faith, purpose, and generational impact.

As a Workforce Wellness Strategist, we also partner with organizations to address burnout, boost retention, and build healthier workplace cultures where employees can thrive.
